Adobe DC will not launch. The app opens and the screen to sign in shows and then all disappears. I have updated the app, then uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Rebooted my computer. Troubleshooted the compatibility. Nothing has worked. Please advise.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Thank you for reaching out.
As the application is not launching, try to remove the application from the machine and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
Reboot the machine and install Acrobat from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.
Check if that helps.
If the issue occurs, create a new user profile and install Acrobat. Check if it works there.
