Hello, I am having difficulties with Adobe DC Pro after installing it twice on my MacBook Air (Monterrey 12.2.1). Once I try to access documents in the cloud it crashes. Any suggestion?

Also please share the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version please take help from the article https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html
Do you get any error message when the application crashes? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.
