Adobe DC Reader Speichern Unter immer der Cache

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe das Problem, dass in der Neuen Version von Adobe DC Reader beim Speichern unter, immer der Cache Pfad vorgegeben wird und nicht der Letzte Speicher Ort wie in der vorgehenden Version. Ich finde keine Einstellmöglichkeit dieses zu Ändern. Gibt es eine Lösung zum Bespiel über die Regitrie?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. 

 

What is the version of Acrobat and the OS you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20169  of Acrobat installed. Go to help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Please try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only)

 

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...

 

Also check for any missing/pending updates for the computer OS and try updating it.

 

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

Hi Amal,

thanks for your Answer and Help.

The Version is 22.1.20169 DC Reader. I have already uninstalled the software and reinstalled again and all update are up to date. it is a windows 10 client.
