I keep getting this error, but I am signed in. Tried restrating outlook too...

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.
Do you receive this error message when trying to access Adobe Document Cloud service from/within MS Outlook? Also, at what step it appears?
Try the following steps:
1- Close MS Outlook. Open task Manager(for Windows)>Close the Outlook instances from here.
2- Check, whether your Acrobat DC is up-to-date or not. Open Acrobat>help>check for update
3- Open Acrobat separately and see at the upper right corner whether you are signed in or not
