Outlook is randomly crashing because of this plugin. My and our IT have tried to remove it but it still seems to be crashing Outlook. Any other way of disabling?

Hi @defaulttfn5czufg4gz ,
Please describe in a litlle more detail in which type of OS environment is this happening (i.e. can you tell if this started happening after a recent update)?
Is this a networked environment? Virtual network? Group policies?
Any additional feedback that your team can provide is helpful.
Also, can you share some crash logs?
