I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro and they will not let me activate it on my new computer. They told me i needed to deactivate the software on my old computer then I could activate it on my new computer. Well when I did that it still would not let me activate it on my new compuer and now cant use on old computer either, I paid a premium for lifetime use and they have block me from using it at all on either of my computers. Adobe's unappologetic response is to give them more money for a three year agreement, Why would i give them more money when they cann't even honor their agreement that I already paid a premium for? This company just ripped me off and wants more money LOL

What version of Acrobat?
Current versions that can activate are 2020 (only until end of Nov.), 2024, and the subscriptions.
If current, you can activate on two computers. Technically, you can install on more than two, but only two can be activated at one time.

Hello @satisfied_outfit8350
I hope you are doing well, and we are sorry for the trouble you had.
In addition to what our community product expert has rightly mentioned, we verified your Adobe ID (email), which you have used to sign in to the community. We see that your Adobe ID is associated with an Individual license of Acrobat Pro 10. Please note that Acrobat 10 is old, out of support, and an end-of-life product, and the activation servers are no longer available, as well as the support ended on November 15, 2015. See this article for more details: https://adobe.ly/3JucY8R
Adobe strongly recommends that customers update to the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat. By updating installations to the latest versions, customers benefit from the latest functional enhancements and improved security measures.
See Compare versions for a list of eligible products and product comparisons to Adobe Acrobat.
You may try uninstalling and reinstalling the product and using the serial key for activation, but these steps may or may not work.
I hope this helps.
Thanks,
Anand Sri.
