Adobe has canceled the serial number of Acrobat 2017 purchased from Amazon's official store.

This is an Acrobat purchased from an Amazon UK official retailer.
It was swapped from MacOS to Windows and the language from English to Korean by Adobe.
But recently Adobe said it was an illegal product and revoked the serial number.
I continued to present non-illegal evidence, but now Adobe has sent me an email asking for an illegal key again.
There is proof of purchase and evidence that Adobe swapped. Why is this an illegal key?

Adobe says there is no case number on record for the swap request.
This is a serious crime.

As youc an see at the top of this page (and in other locations), this is a community forum, which means that most people here are uses of Adobe's technology, and not employees of Adobe. The only way you can get this resolved is by contacting the seller of the software (is it possible that the same software was sold multiple times?) and Adobe's customer support.
