I have been using Adobe to print a couple of documents multiple times every day for the past few months.
Yesterday, 7/1, suddenly when I attempt to print documents in a 'legal' size format I get an error message. "The document could not be printed." Second message "An error occurred while printing the document"
I have restarted Adobe, restarted the printer (HP Office Jet Pro 7740), reset the printer to factory settings, etc. I have also printed legal size documents with MS Word as well, so it appears to be specific to Adobe DC. Anyone have similar problem suddenly arise.

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.
Also, make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20142 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Please check for any missing/pending updates for the printer driver/firmware and try updating it and check.
Also, please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-pdf-printing-acrobat-reader.html and see if that works for you.

Amai,
Thanks for your response, but it did not correct the probelm. I checked for updates and there are none available. There has to be some kind of setting that has been changed or something like that. I have tried multiple files with the same result. Again, this is only with Adobe, not Word.

Amal,
Here is some additional information. I was snooping around the properties section of the print function and found an option Print ----> Properties ---> Advanced ---> Graphic Print Quality Max DPI Disabled or Enabled. It would bring up a conflict window. I clicked on resolve multiple resolutions. It would clear everything and I could print fine.
This worked for a while, but now it has gone to "Printer Error -" message and again not printing the forms.

Hi there
We are sorry to hear that.
Would you mind sharing the make and model of the printer you are using? Also please share the version of the Acrobat DC and the OS you are using?
Also, please collect the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html , procmon logs (Win Only) https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html and share them via document cloud link https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/sharing-pdfs.html for further investigation.
