Adobe keeps crashing on new Mac M3 pro 18gb

MacBook Pro, chip Apple M3 Max 18gb 

 

Illsutrator and other applications downloaded freeze contiousluy throughout the day and result in me having to force quite. Is anyone able to help troubleshoot the issue?
