Adobe License expiring

Hello,

 

I am an IT help support for a law firm and their adobe licence is expiring when they recently bought an individual licence for Adobe Acrobat pro. I belive the licence that is going to expire is the one that is apart of the organization and after it, it will switch to the individual licence they recently bought but I am not 100% if that is correct. We have tried to sign out and sign in again but it still keeps on going back to the organization ID. How can I resolve this before it expires. The experation date is in 2 days!!

Hope you are doing well. If they have purchased the individual license with the same Adobe ID, please ask them to logout and login back with the personal account as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html
