Adobe Mail Merge Not working

The add in in Word which is ' Maill Merge into PDF Is not working' and I constantly get the ' Adobe could not mail merge' error message.

1. We tried repairing adobe acrobat pro DC .

2. Tried signing out from Acrobat account and signed back but still the issue persists.
2. We repaired Office as well.
3. We reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
4. We checked the that other features of PDFMaker is working fine only the Mail Merge is not working.
5. We set Acrobat as default pdf.

Nothing worked, please help.

And the Adobe Acrobat pro version that we are using is Adobe_AcrobatDCPro_19.012.20034_v1.0
