adobe pdf converter says documents waiting?

now it stopped creating word doc's to pdf and says "documents waiting"?

Would you let us know which application or Service of Adobe you are using for converting files?Also, is this happening will all the files or a specific file?

Sane problem here.  Have tried many things but no luck.  The program is jammed.
