I have issue using Adobe PDF in Word. Every time I'm trying to convert a document using Adobe PDF, it opens a notepad. Please see the information from Notepad below.

Aptos not found using Courier.
%%[ Error: invalidfont; OffendingCommand: xshow ]%%

Stack:

-file-

%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
Warning: PostScript error. [No PDF file produced. ] %%

When you convert to PDF using the Adobe Distiller, and you end up with an error, an error file will be generated, and depending on how your system is configured, this file may get opened automatically in Notepad. That is what you are seeing.

When you look at the error file, it will actually tell you what exactly the error is that Distiller encountered. Unforatunately, without a good understanding of PostScript, this will not help you much.

In Word, you should have two different ways to convert to PDF - one using Acrobat (that is, as long as Adobe Acrobat is actaully installed), and then Word's own export mechanism. When you go to the "File>Save As" menu item, you should be able to select "PDF" as the output format. This will use Microsoft's PDF generator. Does this work?
