I have a user trying to convert a folder of emails to PDF from their Online Archive folder in Outlook. They can successfully convert emails to PDF from their regular Outlook Inbox without issue. When attempts are made from the Online Archive section in Outlook. Outlook will periodically show a "Not responding" message. Ultimately returning a conversion status message "Item failed to convert" for each email in the chosen folder. Are you aware of any additional logs to help with understanding why the conversion continues to fail? We were able to re-create the issue on another PC as well.
