I ended up paying for the subscription twice. Money has deducted too. Still I dont see the premium account activated. Can someone help what to do next

We checked your account using the email address you used here in the community. There is no active subscription listed under that account.
Could you please let us know how you purchased the subscription? Please share a screenshot of the purchase so we can check it. Also, could you please confirm whether you used the same email address for the purchase?
We will get this checked. However, we need more information.
