Hello,
I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC and I recieved an update on the 17th or March. Unfortunately the Adobe to PDF printer is gone now and I cannot reinstall it. I recieve an error when I try to manually add it "A certificate was revoked by the issuer". I repaired Adobe and I completely removed and installed it again via the Adobe Cloud without success.
Thank you!

Hi Amal,
Is there a timeframe when this will be fixed? It is starting to affect my company's workplace and I cannot keep the Adobe print to PDF mapped on some of our desktops. It's causing an issue with the employees at my company as we are a huge purchassor of adobe products.

It seemed to be resolved for a while but it has been happening again lately. Running the Repair option in Settings, Apps creates the printer again. Friday I repaired it twice, but the printer is gone again this morning.

Hi there
Have you tried the steps provided in the correct answer marked? Please give them a try and see if that works.
Also, Is this happening with 32-bit version of Acrobat or 64-bit? If it’s happening with 32-bit, can we please try installing the 64-bit version. and see if that works.
Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

This isn't just affecting Adobe PDF. My company uses creative cloud and framemaker along with Adobe pro and the PDF function is missing from all. This happened after the latest update we received. I have to manually remap the Adobe print to PDF and on some of our machines the Adobe print to PDF unmaps every day. WE've tried uninstalling/reinstalling and everyone at my company is on 64 bit of adobe products.

The print driver named "Adobe PDF Converter" is the file that disappears. I haven't found the file to make a backup, but Repair restores it.

Hi there
We are sorry to hear that the issue still persists, Would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html , Procmon logs (Win Only) https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.
Regards
Amal
