Adobe Printing not Working with specific programs...

I am unable to print a PDF from a specific program - I get this dialog box and the job just hangs. I have tried just reinstalling the printer, uninstalling everything and reinstalling everything and I get the same issue every time.  Fine from Word, test page, etc.  HELP!!!!

e.g. What is the "specific program"? System OS?

As Brad mentioned, the more information you can provide to us, the more we can help you.

  • What program is having the issue?
  • What is your OS?
  • What version of Acrobat are you using?

 

Can you be more specific on what you have tried to troubleshoot yourself?

  • What programs did you try to uninstall and reinstall?
  • Did you get any different errors?
  • Have you tried export to a pdf in your program (if it has that feature)?
