I have adobe acrobat pro 2017 which I have been using for a while . A few weeks ago it started to give me a trial expired error, even though I have the key but I cant seem to re-license the application. I dont have the creative cloud app, I bought it independently. i have included a picture of the error.

By "key" do you mean serial number? What happens when you enter it?

PS. Do NOT post your serial number here!

You say it won't accept it. Do you mean

- you get to type it but you get an error? If so, what is the error?

- you cannot find anywhere to type it?

- something else?
