Adobe Pro - Combined PDF sent via Email does not reach multiple Recipients

New Here ,
May 08, 2025 May 08, 2025

It appears that a specific document is corrupt - somehow...user drafted / combined a document 2 days ago and that worked fine

Issue is user created / combined a few PDF's and successfully saved as a new document - document shows as sent in Outlook however recipients did not receive that document.

We recreated the document using the same PDF files and issue persists. Both the original and recreated documents were sent and the recipients, including myself, did not receive the file...

I suspect that the PDF file in question is corrupted.

I have ran a Repair against Adobe Pro but this has proven unsuccessful.

Any help please?

Hi mogamat_9638,

Thank you for reaching out.

If you sent the document via Outlook and can open the PDF fine from the same attachment, then it is not an Adobe-related issue. However, there is a possibility that the document was blocked at the recipient's end. This generally happens when you send an email with an attachment to an organization's email or the email registered for a user in an organization. If that happens to be the case, please suggest that the recipient check with the IT team in their organization.

You can also test it by sending the same email to your alternate email address and see if you receive the attachment. If yes, please suggest the recipient check with the IT team in their organization.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
