Adobe Pro DC (2015) Installation Issue

Hi,

Having isuses installing the above.

I have utilised the Customization Wizard DC to install the Serial # and granted Offline Exception (among other customizations).

I've also disabled all Online Adobe Services.

The app installs without issue and all my customizations via the wizard are met, however, when anyone tries to run Adobe it prompts for a sign in - and the app cannot be used without signing in.

How do i stop this?

I've tried to manually activate again using the adobe_prtk and generating/activating an activation code, this still does not fix the issue.

Is someone able to assist?
