Hi,
I am trying to creat a form where one column has a specific number, when activated, but then all those activated specific numbers in the column are added up to toal at the bottom. I have added a screen shot of the form. So everytime there is a row typed in, the number 60 has to appear in the Litres column. At the bottom of the form, the litres column needs to add to a total number of litres.

You can use the Sum option in the Calculate tab to do that.

Thanks, it was the first part of the problem that I was having issues with. I had to write a script to get the first part to work. All taken care of now, but thank you to everyone who tried to help.
