Adobe Pro - Default/Fallback Font keeps reverting back to Z@RA329.tmp font

Hello,

I am attempting to correct business invoices that require the removal of the certain naughty words like "Overtime" to invoices.  To do this, I employ a Word Find and the "Replace with" macro to skim through the invoice and swap out the word "Overtime" with an acceptable billing type.

However, I noticed that every time I select "Next" or "Replace With" on the Word Find tool, the default font automatically reverts back to an unusable font.  This makes the task to much longer as I have to skim through fifty plus pages oftentimes and the naughty words appear frequently on these invoices.

I searched how to change the default/fallback font when editing and followed the instructions.  I was able to navigate to the proper page and change the font options as shown in the graphic below; however, this did nothing to fix my problem.  When I reopen the "content editor" option in preferences, I still see the font I changed it to, but every time I employ the word finder, the text still reverts back to Z@RA329.tmp font.

I closed out the editor option and saved the invoice and the settings.  Closed the program, reopened it and tried again and still the problem persists.  I even went back into the content editor menu and found that my selections had not reverted back to their defaults.  So by all rights, I've done this correctly as far as I can tell, and yet it is not working.

Any help is appreciated.  This problem sucks.
