Hello. I have a stap as above and I cant locate where is the information in the cells stored (Issue: ...(ensure this is the latest issue) etc. Trying to change that the Todays date would be used but whenever this is printed comes up as the 2nd image ... scrips used dont have that date mentioned anywhere and I am loosing now where and how to add/edit this (have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro and I believe this was created using this or older even software)

Did you check if there is script affecting that field in 'Prepare form' tool -> 'More' -> 'All Javascripts'?

I keep answering this and does not show! Strange. Enclsoed the text file with the extract from all java scripts for the document
