@Raff2025 Your computer's performance issues with Adobe products are likely due to a combination of other factors, including the large file size and other programs running simultaneously. Please don't blame Adobe on slow performance issues. Look at your computer first! When other programs are running in the background, they compete with Adobe for system resources like CPU, RAM, and GPU. This competition can severely impact performance. For instance, a web browser with many tabs open, a video editing program, or a game can consume a lot of memory, leaving less for Adobe to use. This can force Adobe to rely more on virtual memory (using your hard drive as temporary RAM), which is much slower.
To improve performance, consider checking your computer's resources. Upgrading your RAM to 16 GB or more can significantly improve performance when working with large files. A Solid State Drive (SSD) is also much faster than a traditional Hard Disk Drive (HDD) and can speed up file loading and saving times. Finally, ensure your graphics card drivers are up to date, as many Adobe functions are GPU-accelerated.
