Adobe Pro XI (old) vs Adobe 2020 (new) output to Excel format

Hello All, we have a issue with the Adobe Professional 2020 where this version is not exporting in a correct way from a PDF file to Excel files, when we have the version Adobe professional XI this version worked as we needed, Do you know if there a issue with the version Adobe Professional 2020 in order to export to excel files? or somenthing similar that we can configure the version 2020 in order this works as the version XI?

This seems like an issue related to Adobe Acrobat; hence, I will move this post to the Acrobat community for better assistance.

There is no "correct" or "incorrect" way to export (non-form) data from PDF to Excel, since the two formats are very different. It requires parsing the file using some kind of algorithm, and it's very possible that that algorithm changed between those two versions. We have no way to control that, though.
I'm having a hard time understanding what kind of output you're getting in the "error" version, by the way. It seems like an image, not like a table with data. It would be better if you could share the actual files with us.
