I have one end user who is having issues with Adobe Reader, and it's a very specific scenario.
- The end user tries to open or quick print a PDF from Outlook on their Windows 10 PC and Reader will attempt to open and then suddenly crash.
- They are able to open up PDFs saved on their desktop, however, with no issues and are able to open the PDF if it's saved to their desktop from Outlook instead.
- Windows Event Viewer does show the application crashing.
Here is what I have done to try and resolve the issue.
- Uninstall and Reinstall Adobe Reader only and removing all other Adobe products from the device.
- Adobe Reader Repair Installation Tool
- Microsoft Office Repair
- SFC scan and CHKDSK scan
The only other things that I can immediately think of to try next is to completely reinstall Microsoft Office and/or Re-image Windows 10 but I wanted to see if anyone can recommend anything else.
