Adobe Reader freezes on Chromebook

When trying to scroll on different documents, Reader freezes and won't let me do anything but exit.

I have Adobe Acrobat extension 15.1.3.40 and Acrobat version 23.1.2.25728.

Since Reader freezes while scrolling through the different documents, here are a few troubleshooting steps we'd like to suggest:
