Hello
Since a couple a weeks/month, i still have users complaining about adobe reader pro being broken, after investigating, i discovered that adobe tries to update itself, but fail because it cannot replace the "AcroCloudconnect.dll" (sorry it's in french, but it says that it cannot applied the update because the file acrocloudconnect.dll cannot be modified etc), the error is 1328.

Is the issue know to adobe ?
I tried it today with 3 users and the lastest patch (24.002.20759) also has this issue.

We recently removed admin permission to all users, can it be related to that ?

Thank you for your help.

We have had the same issue with a number of users, I got it working by renaming the AcroCloudConnect.dll in both the Acrobat DC\Acrobat\ folder and also the x86 folder.

Downloading the update manually also worked. We have had this issue updating to 24.002.20736 and today had the issue again going to 20759.
