I am having trouble downloading a document from a site (my bank) that says it requires Adobe Reader.  I have Adobe Acrobat Standard DC 2015. Could this be the problem?  Have tried with 3 different docs and it goes into an endless loop saying it is retrieving the doc.

Thanks in advance for any help!

First, download the PDF from your bank and save it to your computer.

Then launch any verson of Acrobat — Reader, Standard, Pro — and then open the PDF that you saved.

No, that's not is. Acrobat Standard can open any PDF file Reader can.

What is the exact text of the message you're seeing, and where do you see it?
