I was told by an adobe representative in the help chat that my subscription would be cancelled with no fee in 24 hours. It was not and I checked in the next day and was told the same thing. I keep checking every few days and they say the same thing: it will be cancelled in 24 hours. I'm beginning to think I am trapped in time loop. This is terrible customer service and I do not know how to make it end, as I am always told to wait 24 hours.
