Adobe's cloud storage

Hi! I have just opened a pdf-document and accidentially loaded it up into Adobe's cloud storage. How can I get acces to this doc in the cloud and how can I prevent myself of loading docs up again? I do not want to use Adobe's cloud storage... Thanks, Harald
