Adobe Acrobat dopo pochi secondi dalla sua apertura, sia il mail program che da pdf, si chiude immediatamente.

Il programma è aggiornato ed è installato su PC con sistema operativo Windows 10.

 

Quale può essere la problematica e la sua risoluzione?

As the application crashes on launch, please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/46H0cf7.

You can also try reinstalling the application using the steps suggested below:

-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4mvRUMM).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4pD1dgz.

Check if this helps. 

 

If the issue still occurs, please collect the logs using the diagnostic tool and share the log ID.
