Adobe Sign for Office365 Error

I got a new MacBook recently and utilize Adobe Sign with Microsoft office 365. When I tried using the app to sign something I got the message "something went wrong.. You cannot access this application because it has been misconfigured. Contact your IT department and include the following information: Undefined sign-on URL for application "adobe Sign for Office365"

Has anyone else experienced this problem and found out how to fix it?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Adobe Sign add-in for Outlook?
