Adobe Sign – Mails gebounced, Signaturfelder fehlen

Seit heute (17. November 2025) funktioniert der Versand von Vereinbarungen über Adobe Sign nicht mehr korrekt.

 

Symptome:

- Alle automatisch generierten Mails (an Empfänger und Bestätigung an mich selbst) werden gebounced.

- Im Aktivitätsprotokoll erscheinen mehrfach „Email bounced and was not delivered“-Meldungen.

- Wenn ich die Vereinbarung im Browser öffne, fehlt das Signaturfeld komplett.

- Mehrfach neu erstellte Vereinbarungen zeigen dasselbe Verhalten.

 

Damit ist der Signaturprozess blockiert und weder Empfänger noch ich können die Dokumente ordnungsgemäß bearbeiten.

 

Screenshots liegen vor (Bounce-Meldungen, fehlendes Signaturfeld).

 

Frage: Handelt es sich um eine aktuelle Störung im Adobe-Sign-System? Gibt es bereits eine Lösung oder einen Workaround?
