I am reaching out to tap into the collective knowledge of this community regarding the deployment of Adobe Sign within a large organization that encompasses nine distinct sectors. Each sector operates independently, generating its own set of documents that require circulation and signatures within our organization. Therefore, below are some matters I am trying to figure it out!
- License Allocation: With the assumption that there will be two primary responsible individuals in each sector managing the Adobe Sign process, I am trying to determine the total number of licenses required for our setup. Could anyone provide insight or share experiences on how licenses are best allocated in such a scenario?
- Branding and Identification: Our organization maintains consistent branding across all sectors. However, it is crucial for us that each sector is uniquely identifiable when they send out documents for signatures. What best practices or settings in Adobe Sign should we consider to achieve this?
- Delegates and Licenses: Are there specific licensing requirements for delegates in Adobe Sign? If a delegate is managing the signing process on behalf of someone else, does that delegate also require a separate license?
- An issue with Auditing Report Title in Arabic: We have observed an issue where the title of the final auditing report, when written in Arabic, appears twisted or distorted. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so, what solutions or workarounds are available to resolve it?
- Customizing the Sender’s Email: We are looking to enhance the professionalism and consistency of our communications by changing the default sender’s email from Adobesign@adobesign.com to an email address associated with our organization. Is this possible, and if so, could you guide us through the process?
