Hi all.
I have been using adobe sign for almost two years now at my work, regularly uploading all sorts of files - pdf, xlsx, doc, ppt, etc for signatures. I've never had an issue, no matter how many files or the mix / combinatin of files that I've uploaded. Now back to work after the holidays, and none of us at work are able to choose any file that isn't already a pdf because adobe is saying that it's having trouble converting the files to pdf. What the hell is going on?? I don't have time to open every document one by one and re-save them as pdf. This is affecting multiple departments at our company.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, this is still an issue for us. Multiple individuals at our company who uses adobe sign is still experiencing this issue.

A similar issue was reported, which is now resolved. Could you please confirm if you are still experiencing the issue?
Try signing out of the account once. Sign in again and try uploading the document.
