I was wondering if it would be possible to create a form in Excel that can be linked to various stamps in Adobe, that when the excel form is updated, the information on the stamp adjusts accordingly.
No, a stamp can't read the contents of an Excel file. It can, however, read a plain text file, but that would require a custom-made script to be developed.
