Hello,
We recently bought adobe standard dc, and from time to time, it freezes upon the creation of new pdfs.
We would need to force close the app from task manager and reboot the pc or repair the app to get it to function again.
I have tried the following:
- uninistall and resinstall the app.
- Launch it as administartor.
- Launch it in compatibility mode with windows 7.
- Disable enahnced security from inside the app.
We are using Windows 11
