After reaching out for a tech support help I was ask to share my screen in order to solve a crash issue.
After I gave controll of my comoutr the Tech support Unistalled both vesions of Illustrator with all my Saved Swatches inside.
The crash continue to appear and the Tech told me that I need more Free Memory and He told he also told me to intall the lates MacOS .
So I did and now all of my designs are GONE!

Today a person from Senior Technical support checked the whole case. She looked at the screensharing session recording and confirmed, that an Adobe tech support did a huge misstake by Uninstalling my Illustrator 2024-2025 without saving or asking me if he should keep all my Personal Preferences where my User Defined Swatches were located.
The patterns that were deleted were more than 45-50 approximately 2 month of work.
Then from Adobe offerer me 2 months free subscription, when in reality our company lost designs made for printing of physical goods (if calculated on Adobe Stock photos prices for Extended License) would cost over 2300 USD.
We are now waiting better compensation offer from Abode.
