Hi,
My Adobe (Modern) was working until sometime this afternoon when it appears it has updated to Version 24.1. Now, I cannot open any PDF files as all I get is a blank screen. I don't even get a menu bar, just a white background with the standard Windows Minimise, Maxmise and X buttons. I've uninstalled, CCcleaned, reinstalled, same problem. I can't even access the menu to switch back to the older menu version.
I am running Windows 11 Version 24H2 OS build 26100.3194 and Adobe 24.1.
Please advise
Ken Brattey

@ScottecLEMG hopefully you were able to fix the issue on hand. If not, do you have a recent system restore point from before the update, try restoring your Windows 11 system to that point. This might revert Acrobat to the previous working version. Or, here is a page with download links for previous versions of Acrobat Reader, https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions

Thanks for the info. I managed to uninstall again, reinstall again but have chosen to stay with the old format since the modern format is causing the issues. For me, going back to a restore point is not really a solution; it would be far better for Adobe to fix this issue, especially since I am paying for this. There is an old saying, "if it aint broke, dont fix it" :-). I am all for updates and enhancements, but not at the cost of lost productivity.
