Adobe will not scan

Just purchased Acrobat 2020 Standard. When creating a PDF from scanner, it tells me it cannot find a scanner. I have an Epson ET 2750 printer. If I select my printer it prints to the screen, but doesn't allow me to finish creating the PDF. It gives me an error screen that says: WIA scanner driver might face problems using "Hide scanner Native interface. Switching to "Show native interface mode. Then I scan. The printer scans and completes. Nothing shows on the screen and then the program closes or freezes.

I have ueed Acrobat for many years. But this new version is crap in my book. Pay good money, then they want me to pay for support. Great service.

So, any help would be ap;preciated.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

We tried scanning a file using an Epson printer and it worked fine.

Have you ensured that the Epson Printer driver and the client is installed in your system? 

I removed the Epson client app, and it showed an error.

Please let us know the scenario and the environment you are working with, and we will get this investigated.
