I used the free trial for 1 day, then went to cancel my free trial. It would give me an error message that the service is unavailable at this time I tried to cacncel during the entire free trial period. I called my credit card and said to bloack any withdraws from Adobe. Now Adobe won't let me cancel because it is demanding I update my credit card information first as I "owe" them money, according to Adobe.
You aren't getting the money Adobe, but how can I resolve it attempting to withdraw from my credit card so I can "officially" unsubscribe from this scam?
Thanks
