I have been charged for my subscription on Adobe and I only allowed this charge so that I could then cancel my order. After allowing it, it still says that there is an issue with my payment details and that I must update my payment info, even though Adobe just took the money out of my bank account.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.
Currently, we do not see any active membership in your Adobe account. It seems to be already canceled or you have managed to get this canceled.
