I am trying to deactivate my old PC so I can activate on new device. Everytime I try it tells me i need to conect to internet. I am connected to internet.

Is there a way to email adobe to "drop" all registered devices for my license. Can I do it from my online account?

You can ask Adobe to reset the activation counter. I'm not sure they can automatically disable all existing activations, though.
