Adobe XI 100700 error

I have uninstalled the adobe XI and re installed it. I have reset my computer back to factory setting and reinstalled it but still keep getting this same error. so I had my antivirus program people go through my computer and they could no find an errors on their end so they tell me it is an adobe error.adobe error.pngadobe error trendmicro .jpg

Try to launch Adobe Reader application and accept EULA (if displayed by the application)

If solution 1 does not work, search through Registry for the value name bUpdater.

If you find it set to 0, and it's registry path has word Reader, you can delete bUpdater value.

using your default browser go here, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions and install the latest reader version.  (or even better just disable/uninstall reader from your browser and use your acrobat xi to view pdfs.)

if you install reader dc, untick unwanted tag-a-long ware.
