I have been having issues with Acrobat getting "an internal error occured" error message. I checked the file permissions and everything check out that I had full permissions. But I was still getting the error message. So I uninstalled Acrobat and Ran the AdobeAcroCleaner and rebooted my computer. I reinstalled Acrobat using Creative Cloud and now when I launch I get a blank white screen. Has any one seen this before and know how to fix?

The resolution you provided did not work for my user. Please escalate this issue on up the chain. It's pretty bad when you purchase a product that you can't even use.

We are sorry to hear that. Could you share the Appdata folder from the users affected machine and share that in private message?
AppData\Local\Adobe, AppData\LocalLow\Adobe and AppData\Roaming\Adobe
