After updating to the latest version of Acrobat PRO DC, the "Export NOT WORK"

After updating to the latest version of Acrobat PRO DC, the "Export to any other format" feature does not work.
They only work in a slightly older version. I believe this is an in-app bug.

Thank you for reaching out.

 

It seems that you receive the blank Save as a window when trying to save the PDF. If yes, please try the following steps:

1. In Acrobat go to Edit > Preferences > General.

2. Uncheck the box for "Show online storage when saving files.

We would suggest enabling the option once it starts working. If the issue still occurs, let us know.
