Sorry the previous discussion "Very slow launch in Win 11 24H2" was already closed, but I still have a similar issue...
I have the Adobe CS6 Master Collection and since a view months Windows 11 is taking approximately 10 minutes to boot.
When I look in Window's task manager, it says:

Hi @C.Denninger,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with our AGC setup and process.
Adobe Genuine Checker is an application that ensures you have a genuine version of the Adobe Apps.
That said, it is not required to run on the system at startup, but when you work with the Adobe Apps, they need internet access or to be verified for the license.
Have you tried disabling the processes by clicking the icon on the top toolbar?
Once done, restart the system and let us know if it works for you.
Regards,
Souvik.

I don't know what you mean by "clicking the icon on the top toolbar" what toolbar?
If you mean to disable both executables from running, then yes, I disabled both executables in the registry-key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run".
But when I restart my system, they are both turned back on automatically. Making is useless to turn them off.
Maybe there is some kind of service starting these executables every time if they are not running over and over again? Or maybe they are turned on (in the RUN-key in the registry) by starting one of the CS6 applications like Adobe (Acrobat), Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign?

Hi @C.Denninger,
What I meant was, disabling them from the task manager, too, as in the screenshot, they show enabled.
Another possibility is to go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a Program > check for Adobe Genuine Services > Uninstall.
Note: This process should only be followed if you are using the cloud-based subscription apps. If not, and you are using the perpetual applications, this can cause an issue with the running of those apps.
Regards,
Souvik.
