I just paid for the subscription for AI, but everytime I try to use it, a popup asking me to signup again appears. This is frustrating.

Did you use the correct Adobe ID to subscribe? Or, in other words, are you logged in with the same Adobe ID that you used for the subscription? For any subscription releated issues, you very liklely will have to get in touch with Adobe's customer support.
