Hi,
Need urgent help here! I have a paid active subscription for 'AI Assistant' tool but recently it has not been working properly and today, it just won't respond like everyother day. I tried to sign out and then attempted sign in. Now it's not responding to my sign in request. What is happening here, anyone can help?

@elaine_9099 - AI Assistant services were impacted by AWS outage. The services are back to normal now. Can you try now and let us know if you are still seeing issues ?

same thing here. I subscribed to 'Ask Ai Assistance', just to try. Not able to open the reader anymore. Everytime i open it, it freezes and had force close. So crazy!!!
